If the goalies steps outside the penalty area with the ball in his/her hand, is it a direct or indirect kick?
the goalkeeper can handle the ball with is his penalty area as soon he step out side the penalty area he will become a player .with him handleing the ball out side the penalty area and it is direct free kick foul( is one off the 10 direct free kick foul)
